Guy from Garage Door Service of Virginia was fantastic. we were able to get the door repaired the same day we called. He was so fast and fixed it in under an hour and seemed to charge a reasonable price. We appreciate that they quoted us a price before he even came out, so there were no surprises.

Scam Artists. Was told that I would be charge $65, the cost of their standard service call, to get a garage door closed. When they got here, I asked them how much it going to cost to replace the door, and they quoted me $1600, for a 2 bay door. (No insulation, no extras.) Then, as I was moving stuff out of their way so they could get in and do the job that I had called them for (Getting my garage secured), he tells me that it's going to be $150 to get the door down. I told them they could leave. Another company was there 20 minutes later, with a far better estimate, and closed the door for free. (A 30 second job with 2 people.)
